I am an absolute beginner in yoga, but I successfully plunged into the process and have a desire to continue! That is, the exercises are absolutely lifting, and the presentation of the material in the video is more than detailed and understandable + there is a separate analysis of complex poses at online meetings. By the way, I was struck by how you clearly noticed the nuances of the posture of each participant, corrected and prompted in time! This is really cool and impressive! And this is possible online, although, of course, it required quite a lot of resources from you.

Separately, about my well-being after a 4-week course: my main ailment - migraine - has receded and almost does not bother! 🎉 And I also learned to better understand my body, listen to the sensations and act on them pointwise and quickly get the result in the form of relief. Relaxation poses are a separate pleasure and an important bonus for the future! Otherwise, I have some peculiarities, I still have some way to work with this, but I heard with my own ears how other participants of the course spoke about excellent health and lightness after classes, even in the third trimester! And this is very impressive and encouraging! 🙂
